Can I order a different color?  The colors available are gloss Urethane black, Hunter green or hammered smoke black finish (deep gray). We can also leave the frames bare metal for those who prefer to apply their own finish. e-mail us:  drewsironworks@aol.com  if you want a color other than the urethane black. this is standard for each internet order.

Can I get a size other than what you have listed on your web site? For special sizes, please e-mail your specifications to: drewsironworks@aol.com and we will quote you a price.

Can I return my window box if I ordered the wrong size?  Sorry all orders are final.  We fabricate each window box individually on your order. However if you are sending payment through Paypal, you have the option of also purchasing a money back guarantee during the payment process.
